The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale provides courses to help students develop their creative abilities in design, media arts, fashion and the culinary arts. Broward Community College is one of the colleges in the district. The Willis Holcombe Center, which is in the downtown area of Fort Lauderdale, offers courses in technology, business, art, and pre-law.
